Our platform gives your "C" Level executives and compliance professionals the assurance that regulatory rules and management policies are communicated effectively to all employees and followed group-wide. We serve clients from various industry sectors such as Financial Services, Professional Services and Government Agencies among others.

GRC-Systems is headquartered in Singapore with a sales and support office in London for the EMEA region.

CEO

Adrian Pay qualified as an auditor before moving into operational risk and subsequently into compliance for the buy-side and sell-side. He has gained a unique insight into the role of GRC professionals through working in New York, Boston, London, Luxembourg, Hong Kong and Tokyo over the years.

Prior to founding GRC-Systems Adrian was a co-founder of the leading buy-side trading and compliance vendor LatentZero (now Fidessa BuySide). He worked in product management on implementation with over 40 investment managers globally.
